a prayer

A friend recently shared this prayer with me.
Intenta leer/orar la primera linea muy despacio mientras inhalar, la segunda exhalando, etc. 
Try reading/praying it by reading the first line slowly, while inhaling, exhaling the second, inhaling..etc.

Nada te turbe;
Nada te espante;
Todo se pasa.
Dios nunca se muda.
La paciencia
todo lo alcanza
Quien a Dios tiene
nada le falta.
Solo Dios basta.


Let nothing trouble you.
Let nothing scare you.
All is fleeting.
God alone is unchanging.
Patience
everything obtains.
Who possesses God
nothing wants.
God alone suffices.
